INTRODUCTION :

From A to Z, how do we trade in Forex? In which account do we trade? How to handle the Demat account of Forex Trading? What is lot size? How to manage risk? What are PIPs? So my students were so excited about this blog, about this course. So now I'm making this available to you. First of all, I want you to feel this blog. Let's take a start with this blog. Now, this class is all related to Forex Trading. So what is Forex Trading? Forex Trading is trading this market. Okay? Trading this market, in which the players in the different currencies deal in. Major currency players are these. Euro, USD, CAD, GBP, JPY, all of these. See, look. See, oil, crude oil. Crude oil and gold isn't Forex. It's a commodity. But all the Forex Brokers allow us to trade in them too. So, we have started including them in Forex. We started calling it silver Forex silver, gold silver, crude oil silver Forex. Okay, that's how we started calling it. So, that's how it is. So, now we will talk about this. Today's class is about Forex, okay? So, I'll tell you about it. First question, is Forex Trading legal in India or not? The biggest question, right? Is Forex Trading legal in India or not? In India, Forex Trading is completely illegal, okay? Zipped. So, how can we reach that?

How can we reach that? Now, you will get an idea. Right now, OctaFX has advertised in IPL. And it was being telecast on IPL, right, Mumbai Indians? It was being telecast on TV. X Plus, there's an X Plus broker in India, and it's working great! It's working well. How can this be illegal? Yes, I stay in Dubai. There's a Forex company in Dubai. It's an actual Forex company. Even the bank account of that company is opened up as a Forex company. On paper, it's a Forex company. You live in India. So you live in India, right? So, now, in India. You deal with that company, deposit money into it, right?.

Now, if this Forex company transacts with you on account, is that illegal? It's 100% illegal. The money has been deposited into it from my ICICI Bank account. Not withdrawn, deposited. Pratik did. Aman did too. Many people did, my account got freezed. I got an email. 'You have violated the FEMA Act, your account has been frozen.' I directly got my money and deposited it into IndusInd Bank, SBI and Kotak. My ICICI Bank account got freezed. Did I do something illegal? I dealt with a real Forex company, right?

I dealt with a real firm on paper. Now, I'll tell you something. I'll give you a small example. Now, this company using Exness and OctaFX; whatever, we are using Exness. We shall use Exness. We're about to deal with this Forex trading company. You, as an India, you deposit money in their account. They transfer it to yours. Do you think, whatsoever bank account they are using in India, or whatsoever company profile they're using, it is registered under the Forex classification according to you? No! People don't. Some of you all might have not understood.

Some people might have not understood. I'll give you a recent example from Dubai. I went for a spa. I went for a body massage. I went to a spa shop. I said that I'll pay through card. I gave my card to them. You know what notification I got when 150 Dirham got deducted from my card? Where my money got deducted? Yakut Fish Company. I said what? It was mentioned as a fish company. That means, it's a spa from outside. But the company that's running it as a bank account is a fish company. Fish company is easily registered in Dubai. They'll get some tax benefits.

But what are they running? A spa. Because they have more money in spa. Did you get it? Basically, where does legality come from? Who took my money? Spa or a fish company? A fish company took my money on account. Similarly, in India, what these people have done is that whenever you send or receive money to the Exness or Forex brokers, do you think you're getting money from a Forex company? No. Maybe, some trading company. Maybe, a mechanical company. Whatever company. Nobody is giving you anything. It's working. First of all, it's very legal.

If you deal with a real Forex company, just like IC Forex from Australia or CMS Prime from Dubai, if you transact with them in an Indian bank account, then according to law, it is prohibited. If you deal with them, they have set up a great business source which is politically backed, and they are dealing with some other different registered company. So did you understand why they're able to run the business despite that it's illegal? Because are they doing anything illegal on paper? On paper. Even if they're advertising it or marketing it.

Are they doing something illegal on paper? No! You can open a company to which you took money from them. You offered a consultancy service. They took education from me. You can show anything on paper in India. You can make a company. Whatever the name is. You took money from them on paper. You paid its tax charge. Just pay the tax in India. Now, if you paid tax, you just have to show that you offered some service. Which service? I have given education to you. By saying this, companies save themselves on paper. And you get safe too. Because the money that you got, what was it? Is that Forex income? People ask what they will show in tax. Forex income? No. You can show it as other income.

Now, if we consider this head and shoulder, if this breaks the shoulder here, we can take it. If this doesn't give us a closing above this level, then we can buy it. Right? It is the same analysis. I had mentioned on youtube as well. Now, let us come back to the one hour time frame. We've come to the one hour time frame. Let us play it once and come to the one hour time frame. When did the entry get activated here? Is the entry activated in this? It is done? It is already activated, right? Breakout is done and the retest of breakout is done too.

Can we achieve this minimum target? I'm talking about the minimum target. Right? See. Break the target. He has broken his target nicely and he's still, he's moving quite above his target levels. Okay? It was a simple analysis. Right? It worked like that. Now, come on, this, USDJPY. On USDJPY, see the market analysis, I had said. We shall only go for buying, why just buy? Why just buy? We're talking about high level price action. On basis of four hour time frame, anyone can be a complete trend, for a 15 minutes duration too.

It could be a full trend. It's possible for one hour trader or fifteen minutes trader, the one who wants to trade in intraday. That's why I didn't go ahead. I entered today. What time I entered? You see this market structure, its broken in 1 hour time frame. Entry is made. No problem even if we get stoploss or not. Even it is a loss. But profit is equally potential too. It's got profit potential, period! I didn't trade in EUROCAD. You've come down? Wow! I had left it, but I've retested it.

You earned it by giving tutions. Or you made a website. You offered consultancy. Then you got money in your account as other income. So, did you understand how it's legal inspite of being illegal? This is how they're doing it in India. Are you getting it? Whoever is street smart, whoever has experienced the world, they will understand.Whoever amongst you have been into some sort of business. You might have understood how it happens in India. On paper, there's no paper. But they're advertising in the IPL. In the IPL, they're advertising it man. Delhi Daredevils is advertising it in IPL. That's how it is. So, firstly the fear that resides in people's mind, will police catch them if they deal in Forex? You will end up in jail in case you enter into Foreign Exchange trade with a company in Dubai, Australia. Anytime when your money starts being a Foreign Exchange. Such a thing as the Foreign Exchange does not even exist. The first question which strikes every person's mind even I thought. I did not get it even after reading it from Google and YouTube.

I hope I could explain it to you. It is illegal, but people in India are taking care of it in such a way that no one falls into trouble. Did you tell that? This was the first question. What's next? Okay, now I will tell you about the next question. What exactly is it? Which players do they trade in? If you search for the best Forex players, you will get seven.
